For anyone struggling with sleepless nights with their LO, we cannot say enough about how much Scarlett with Whole Family Care has changed our lives.We found her after months of no sleep with our 6 month old and having a negative experience with another sleep coach who had basically told us that maybe our little guy wasn’t ready to be sleep trained.Within a few weeks, Scarlett helped us to go from multiple night wakes and all contact naps, to our LO sleeping through the night and independently falling asleep in his crib. She was very communicative and supportive throughout the entire process, and took the time to learn our LO’s unique personality and sleep needs. She is knowledgeable, intuitive, caring, and considers all aspects that affect sleep including feeding and daytime activity.We finally have our sleep and our lives back and could not be more grateful for her - thank you Scarlett!

Everyone needs Scarlett in their life!! She is the sweetest, most supportive sleep coach we have ever worked with & we are so thankful for her! Our little guy fought us so hard at bedtime & we just couldn’t figure out the best wake windows for him and it was so stressful! Scarlett came to our house and got to know us personally. She was so attentive to our needs and really helped us understand our son’s body language and communication style so we could better support him with his sleep struggles. Simply put, Scarlett has been mine and my husbands saving grace. My two boys, age 3 and 1, were drawn to her and felt comfortable almost immediately. She has exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did Scarlett sleep train my youngest, she also was able to get my oldest son who is such a picky eater to try new foods and have proper meals instead of snacking throughout the day.Scarlett is very attentive and intuitive.
